Frank DiCicco is a longtime Sarasota County resident, business owner, and proud father of two boys who attend Sarasota County public schools. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, Frank began his career in New Jersey before making Sarasota home nearly 30 years ago. In 2014, he graduated with high honors from Eckerd College’s Program for Experienced Learners and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also served as a volunteer mediator for the Sarasota County court system, helping resolve disputes through listening, fairness, and common sense. Frank is the founder of Sarasota-based RBF Retirement Solutions, a family-owned independent insurance agency that has helped thousands of individuals, families, retirees, and business owners plan for the future.
